CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, please make sure you have measured correctly. We also wont accept custom orders if you have used a discount code, they will be refunded and your order wont be processed. This is becuase of the time is takes to talk through the design process and research the fabrics. If you're looking to purchase multiple items please let us know when you enquire.  We will direct you to order separately and give you a one time use code to use for free shipping - we can then add your custom order to your regular order when we ship it.
 
SIZING:
Be sure to measure your dog's neck before placing an order. If you are between two sizes we would recommend going for the larger of the two, you can then add a turn over to cater for the smaller neck/build (explained below). Below are our regular sizes. If your dog doesn't fit into these sizes you will need to measure you dogs neck and input the size in CM. 
 
- Small - Fits 23-32cm neck size
- Medium - Fits 30-46cm neck size
- Large - Fits 44-63cm neck size
 
 
HOW TO WEAR:
Your bandana is a square of fabric and will arrive perfectly folded. When you receive your bandana you will need to fold the fabric in half along the diagonal and for the perfect drape, add a turnover or two. If your dog is on the smaller end of the size, you can add a few more turn overs.
Then snap a picture and upload to insta! Be sure to tag us as we love seeing pups out and about in our designs!
 
 
CARE FOR YOUR BANDANA:
All of our bandanas are machine washable! Easily washable at 30 degrees or lower. Pop your bandana in the wash with similar colours. Allow to dry naturally, do not tumble dry! Iron on a medium temperature for that crisp new clothes feel!
